What It Is & Why It’s Amazing:

This is a layered facial that lifts, defines, and rejuvenates the skin in one treatment. Designed to enhance jawline structure while restoring skin quality, this treatment combines facial sculpting, microneedling, and regenerative actives—with low to no downtime and no injectables.

We begin with a sculpting phase focused on the jawline, cheeks, and under-chin area, using advanced tools and precise manual techniques. Cavitation is used only under the chin to break down fluid and superficial fat, softening the appearance of a double chin and refining jawline definition. The released contents are naturally flushed via the lymphatic system.

Next, we use vacuum RF across the lower face. This combines radiofrequency with gentle suction to stimulate collagen, sculpt the jawline, tighten skin, and enhance visible definition. It improves tone and structure in the cheeks and jawline. Lymphatic contour massage along side to boost circulation, reduce puffiness, and enhance sculpted shape through the mid and lower face.

Once the face is sculpted and prepped, microneedling is used to create controlled micro-channels in the skin. We then deliver a custom-selected and blended trans dermal solution into the dermis, targeting specific skin goals such as dullness, early lines, texture, or firmness. The treatment finishes with a cold hammer to cool and calm the skin, reduce redness, and lock in active absorption.

Sculpt Microneedling is especially suitable for deeper skin tones, as RF and microneedling are delivered in separate phases—reducing the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) and often eliminating the need for intensive pre-treatment prep.

How It’s Delivered:

• Cavitation (under-chin only): Uses low-frequency ultrasound to break down fluid and superficial fat under the chin

• Cold Hammer Therapy: Cools and calms the skin post-microneedling, reduces heat, and locks in regenerative actives

A course of 3–5 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended for best results.

Who It’s Not Suitable For:

Not suitable for those with:

• Active breakouts, wounds, or infections
• Keloid scarring
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• On roaccutane 

How to Prep & Aftercare:

Prep:

• Avoid sun exposure, acids, retinols, and exfoliating treatments for 7 days before treatment
• Use SPF daily
• For melanated skin, tyrosinase inhibitor use is optional but recommended to enhance results and reduce the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)
• This is not required, but for most skin treatments on melanated skin, it improves outcomes and supports more even healing
• Recommended options include tranexamic acid, azelaic acid, alpha arbutin, or glutathione
• If using, begin 2 weeks prior to treatment
• Pause use 3 days before treatment, and resume 5 days after

Aftercare:

• Keep skin clean and makeup-free for 24–48 hours
• Avoid heat, sweating, and direct sun exposure for 2–3 days
• Use gentle hydration and SPF daily
• Resume any tyrosinase inhibitor 5 days post-treatment if used
