What This Treatment Is For
The Brow Growth & Scar Repair Program is a regenerative treatment designed to improve the condition of the brow hair follicles, the brow skin, or both, depending on the concern.
This treatment can be used for:
Brow Growth – to stimulate and strengthen weakened hair follicles and encourage fuller brow density.
Scar Repair – to improve damaged or traumatised skin in the brow area.
Combined Growth & Repair – when both the follicles and skin have been affected.
Many clients experience both concerns at the same time, particularly after trauma to the brow area such as aggressive laser removal or previous invasive cosmetic procedures. In these cases, the skin may develop scar tissue while the hair follicles become weakened or dormant.
However, the treatment is not limited to scar repair cases. It can also be used purely to support brow growth in clients whose follicles have gradually weakened over time through over-plucking, waxing, threading, or natural thinning.
Similarly, some clients may have skin damage without significant hair loss, and the treatment can still be used to improve the condition and structure of the skin.
What It Is & Why It’s Beneficial
This treatment combines microneedling with exosomes to stimulate regeneration within the brow area.
Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin which trigger the body’s natural healing response. This stimulates collagen and elastin production, improves circulation, and strengthens the integrity of the skin.
Exosomes are then applied to deliver powerful regenerative signals that support cellular repair and follicle health. These growth factors help improve the condition of compromised skin while encouraging healthier, stronger brow growth.
Together, these processes help restore the overall health of the brow area by stimulating growth, repairing damaged skin, and improving the environment needed for natural brow density.
Why This Treatment Can Be Necessary
In many cases, trauma to the brow area can affect both the skin and the hair follicles.
For example, laser removal performed with aggressive settings or non-minimal trauma techniques can damage the surrounding skin and weaken hair follicles. This can result in scar tissue, uneven skin texture, discolouration, and reduced or patchy brow growth.
By stimulating collagen production and delivering regenerative signals to the skin, this treatment helps repair and restructure damaged tissue while supporting follicle recovery.
It is also highly beneficial for individuals experiencing brow thinning due to years of over-plucking, waxing, or threading, where follicles have gradually become weakened over time.
Reasons You Might Choose This Treatment
Clients choose the Brow Growth & Scar Repair Program for a range of reasons. The treatment can be used to stimulate brow growth, repair damaged skin, or improve both concerns at the same time.
Common reasons include:
• You would like your brows to grow back thicker or fuller.
• Your brows have become thin or patchy from years of over-plucking, waxing, or threading.
• Your brow hairs grow but are weak, sparse, or shed easily, and you want to strengthen the follicles.
• You have noticed brow thinning over time due to stress, hormonal changes, or ageing.
• You have areas where hair growth has slowed or stopped, and you want to improve density.
• You have scarring, uneven texture, or discolouration in the brow area from previous treatments.
• Your brows have been through laser removal performed with aggressive settings, which has affected the skin or hair growth.
• You would like your brows re-tattooed in the future, but the skin needs to be improved first.
Because this treatment improves both follicle health and skin quality, it can be tailored for brow growth, scar repair, or a combination of both.
How It Works
A precision microneedling device creates tiny microchannels within the brow area, triggering the skin’s natural repair response.
These microchannels allow the exosomes to penetrate more effectively into the skin where they support regeneration and cellular repair.
This process helps:
- stimulate collagen and elastin production
- improve circulation in the brow area
- support tissue repair and skin regeneration
- strengthen the environment around the hair follicles
- encourage healthier, stronger brow growth over time
Treatment Plan
For best results, treatments are performed once every two weeks.
3 Month Program
6 sessions (one treatment every two weeks)
This program is ideal for clients wanting to improve brow growth, strengthen follicles, or address mild to moderate skin damage.
6 Month Intensive Program
12 sessions (one treatment every two weeks)
Recommended for clients with more significant brow trauma, including scarring from previous procedures or reduced hair growth following aggressive laser removal.
Because this is a regenerative treatment, consistent sessions are essential to allow the skin and follicles to gradually repair and strengthen.
Suitability
This treatment is not suitable for individuals who:
• Have active skin infections, eczema, or open wounds in the brow area
• Have a history of keloid scarring
• Are currently pregnant
• Are currently using Roaccutane (Isotretinoin) or have used it within the past six months
Clients with alopecia may also benefit from this treatment as it can help stimulate follicle activity and support regrowth. However, because alopecia can be cyclical in nature, results may not always be permanent and maintenance treatments may sometimes be required.
Before treatment
Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning, retinoids, exfoliants, and harsh active skincare around the brow area. The skin should be calm and free from irritation prior to treatment.
After treatment
Keep the area clean and hydrated. Avoid excessive heat, sweating, and makeup on the brows immediately after treatment. Apply SPF daily to protect the skin and support healing.
The Brow Growth & Scar Repair Program uses microneedling with exosomes to improve the health of the brow area, stimulate follicle activity, repair damaged skin, and encourage stronger, fuller brow growth over time.
